Responsibilities

Reporting Line: Direct report to the International Director

External Recruitment:

  • Support Senior International Manager in the day to day recruitment operation (Sourcing, Reporting, Communication with clients)
  • Engage with existing clients to ensure a smooth process with interviews between them and JB Hired candidates. Ensure the regular follow-ups and set-ups of interviews.

 

Team Building:

  • Support HR Manager in internal recruitment (recruiting, vetting)
  • Train & Mentor newly hired team member
  • Oversee Team’s performance with Senior International Manager
  • Building professional relationships with staff and ensure the growth of the team in Malaysia.

 

Office & Administration:

  • Support new office set up
  • Manage administration duties with HR manager

  • Fast learner, thinker, and worker
  • Fluent in English language (verbal and written)
  • Attention to details

  • Proficiency in basic collaboration tools – Google applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Hangouts, Gmail, Slides), social enterprise technology / CRM systems
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and/or consulting experience
