We are in search of a Chief Technology Officer to build strategies that support the company’s long-term goals. The role includes developing the company’s technological resources, ensuring they are used profitably and efficiently, and implementing new systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Grow the company’s technological capabilities to ensure they meet the company’s company’s goals.

• Identify and implement technologies that give an edge to the company.

• Collaborates with other departments to streamline company policies and rules by implementing new technologies.

• Support all business units by making sure technology is used profitably.

• Ensure the efficiency and functionality of all systems and infrastructure.

• Design and implement QA and data security processes.

• Assess performance by monitoring budgets and KPIs.

• Create feedback loops from stakeholders to define improvements and adjustments.

• Establishes and enforces appropriate Internet usage policies for employees.

• Assesses new technology and gives technological solutions recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related

• Past experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation

• Experience in conducting technological research and analyses

• Great leadership and communication skills

• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving attitude
