Responsibilities
Reporting Line: Direct report to the International Director
External Recruitment:
- Support Senior International Manager in the day to day recruitment operation (Sourcing, Reporting, Communication with clients)
- Engage with existing clients to ensure a smooth process with interviews between them and JB Hired candidates. Ensure the regular follow-ups and set-ups of interviews.
Team Building:
- Support HR Manager in internal recruitment (recruiting, vetting)
- Train & Mentor newly hired team member
- Oversee Team’s performance with Senior International Manager
- Building professional relationships with staff and ensure the growth of the team in Malaysia.
Office & Administration:
- Support new office set up
- Manage administration duties with HR manager
Qualifications and skills
- Proactive/live hungry attitude
- Likable (people enjoy working with you)
- Fast learner, thinker, and worker
- Fluent in English language (verbal and written)
- Attention to details
- Passion about technology (We recruit the very best technology talents and we speak their language as well as share their excitement about the digital world)
- Proficiency in basic collaboration tools – Google applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Hangouts, Gmail, Slides), social enterprise technology / CRM systems
- Minimum 3 years of sales and/or consulting experience
